Release self from attachments and let go of all the blockages that has been residing within the seven chakras. Allow yourself to be open to receive in all aspects of your mind, body and soul.

Let your senses be immersed in a soundscape of the healing sounds of the Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls as well as gongs and bells. All are welcome to attend!

Sessions are 1.5h of a short guided meditation portion designed to help anyone to be able to easily follow and then, a sound bath where participants relax and let themselves be lulled by the sounds of the singing bowl

Sound healing produces frequencies that allow the body to go into a deeper state of relaxation, facilitating higher focus in meditation and for the body to heal itself. On a cellular level, the vibrations activate the immune system for cell repair and rejuvenation. Sound healing promotes better sleep, reduces anxiety and improves mood and overall wellbeing.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR FITZ ANUGERAH : 

I’m a cancer warrior and I’ve been using sound healing to supplement my recovery and journey through healing. Sound healing has been really helpful in reducing physical side effects of chemotherapy and to improve my anxiety and overall wellbeing. When paired with meditation, yoga ayurveda and energy medicine; sound healing is powerful as an aid to my recovery.

In gratitude for my health, I've been dedicating my time to share my practice of Sound Therapy and Energy Healing through OmFitzness, lovingly curated for everyone to enjoy.

3) Due to the nature of this meditation, when the doors close for commencement, late comers will not be allowed in order to respect the meditation of the other participants. There is no refund for late comers.
